I don't know what the bad reviews are about. I got in and out within a half hour. To the review who was complaining about the copay, that's the insurance charging you that not Thompson Health. The staff was helpful and went the extra mile.
Reception was great, the nurses and PAs were beyond un-professional. Was given a lot of attitude, maybe for being there on the 4th of July weekend? Not that it's my fault they were scheduled to work the holiday weekend. Anyway was made to feel like I was faking everything, was told that I needed to go see my regular Doctor, even though I just paid a $40 co-pay to see one. I should have gone to an Urgent Care that isn't run by Thompson. Drive to Clifton or Geneva, stay away from Newark.
I have took my son here a handful of times and everyone is very nice. Don't wait longer then 5 minutes to be seen and really quick when in the room waiting. The doctor has been helpful every time.
Great place ,quick and easy for blood work love it ,very friendly.
Went in to try and get my daughter seen today and the lady at the desk was very rude we ended up leaving I will never go back there.
