I was in there today for my eyebrows. I showed a picture of what I wanted. Didn't get anything close to that. I wanted thin arched eyebrows. I got squared semi thick. But the person doing them was very nice. And i wasn't going to sit there and keep telling her it's not good enough. My brows are much better but not what I wanted. Everyone there is super nice tho.
